Application
Reinforced concrete road slabs are intended for combining of tram, automobile and pedestrian traffic on one section of the road. Such slubs have to comply all the requirements to road coatings for harsh operation conditions with a mechanical stress of passing vehicles.
Using a reinforced concrete slubs for tram lines allows to significantly reduce construction time, increase they life span, minimize vibration and noise levels and provide access to rails and ties for maintenance. They improves a road surface quality and an aesthetics of the existing tram lines and allows to avoid using an additional rubber-cord coatings.
The basic types of tram line slabs are track, side and inter-track panels. Track slabs goes between the rails, inter-track to midway and side panels borders the roadside.
M-Konstruktor plant manufactures steel moulds for the tram slabs of all types and standard sizes in accordance with regulations of GOST 19231.0-83.
Steel mould sides are provided with lifting eyes for easy handling during operation. Hinged sides on pivoting hinges are provided with threaded clamps.

Easy demoulding
Steel moulds are equipped with hinged sides for easy demoulding. M-Konstruktor steel mould locks are fixed with external hexagon nut allowing to use pneumatic or electrical nut runner. That makes demoulding to go faster. The package also include the torque link with openings for catbar which makes operation more convenient.
