What is a tilting table?

Cross-functional tilting table is an industrial complex element for concrete goods production with magnetic timbering. With the help of magnetic equipment and a tilting table, it is possible to produce almost any reinforced concrete products (non-stressed, flat) for the buildings construction, including non-standard constructions.

Tilting tables can be used both in large-scale production plants as well as in small enterprises. External and internal wall panels, beams, columns, piles, elevator shaft products, slabs and any other flat non-standard products, etc. can be produced on them.

"M-Konstruktor" tilting tables

Structurally, a cross-functional tilting table is a steel mould, which has a T-piece profile as the stiffening core. T-shape cross direction profile connected with stiffening core (welded) reinforces the construction. The hinged frame, on which the table is placed, runs on an axis by means of telescopic cylinders, greatly simplifying the dismantling of the products. Rubber vibration suppressors separate the worktop from the hinged frame.

The accepted deviation of the forming surface from the plane is 2 mm by 3 meters. The bearing capacity of the table is 1000 kg / m2. The surface of the table is made of 10 mm thick high-hardness steel; the surface can be up to 4 m wide, and up to 12 m lengthwise.

If necessary, the concrete equipment (tables) can be assembled into a line of the required length. The configuration of the tilting table can vary depending on the needs of the employer. A hydraulic unit, a trembler, telescopic cylinders, thermal rails, skitrings, safety chains, a control cabinet and an interlocking panel apparatus can be additionally installed.

According to specification the tilting table can be equipped with:
  • supporting sides height adjustable in the range from 100 to 400 mm;
  • -hinged sideds locking with a tapered guide.
Sides are providing following functions:
  • moulding;
  • product holding.
Moulding surface
Made of 10 mm steel (S355; 09G2C).
Magnetic sides
Exchangeable sides of 1000 to 6000 mm length with one or two magnetic surfaces allows simultaneously manufacturing of different length, width, and sickness products.
The control panel (or control cabinet) allows to control not only vibration and hydraulics but also the steam curing mode.

If the heating medium is thermal oil with a range of temperatures from 140 to 190 degrees, concrete thermal curing process takes 12 hours. Product is heated from 20 to 80 degrees within 4 hours. Then this temperature maintained for another 4 hours, and yet another 4 hours the temperature is gradually decreased back to 20 degrees.

Steam curing parameters are not fixed. The temperature difference and time of heating can be adjusted according to production needs and concrete grade.
