Steel moulds for lift shaft

Steel moulds

Lift shaft types

Lift shafts are reinforced concrete structures regulated by All-union State standard 18103-84. Concrete lift shafts can be solid-cast or precast. The first, as a rule, are used in multi-storey solid-cast framed buildings, the second are used inprecast panel construction.

Equipment for reinforced concrete elevator shafts building

The machine for reinforced concrete elevator shafts consists of the heated external shell and the core. Different solutions are implemented for easy and safe demoulding of a finished shaft element:
Core design featured with the demoulding incline. The hydraulics system located at the bottom of the mould helps to remove a finished product from the core by pushing it up.
Another version use stationary core with an adjustable cross-section. Hydraulics releases the upper part of the shaft, then a product is extracting from the mould.
Depending on version the detachable void-forming element can be carried out not only using the hydraulics system, but also by mechanical means (using a cross-beam and a crane). Diagonally arranged elements of the core can be elevated, which reducing its cross-section, and the finished reinforced concrete product is removed without any damage. The core in such case is provided with lifting eyes.

Large concrete lift shaft production unit

Large lift shaft production unit for freight and passenger lifts is a heated external timbering and a displacement tube. Steel mould skirtings are hinged and are eye joint to the base. The mould can be equipped by hydraulic cylinders for the skirtings to be hinged or moved to sides. At the base of the mould there is a hydraulic system, which helps to remove the final product from the displacement tube by pushing the product out. The structure also has a few rows of tremblers, which consolidate concrete mixture. Thermal envelope, providing concrete stripping strength gain of the lift shaft, is installed into mould skirtings as well as into a displacement tube. moulding lift shafts with the first unit type is as follows: with the help of hydraulics, the skirtings of the mould are opened, the working surfaces are covered with a special purpose grease, then the lift frame is lowered, and the skirtings of the structure are closed, the reinforcement cage is put into the mould and then is fixed, then concrete is poured into the mould, trembelrs consolidating the concrete mixture are switched on. Thernmal rail it switched on after the concrete being rammed. The product is cooled down. After that the product is demolded, with the help of hydraulics and is then removed from the mould by a crane.

Benefits

Developed in-house
The M-Konstruktor plant offers manufacturing of steel moulds for reinforced concrete products proprietary designed in accordance with applicable technical requirements.
High Quality
In-process monitoring at every step of the steel moulds manufacturing allowing to guarantee its proper quality.
Easy demoulding
Steel moulds are equipped with hinged sides for easy demoulding. M-Konstruktor steel mould locks are fixed with external hexagon nut allowing to use pneumatic or electrical nut runner. That makes demoulding to go faster. The package also include the torque link with openings for catbar which makes operation more convenient.
