Application

To strengthen the slopes of highways are used reinforced concrete slabs, manufactured on the series 3.503.9-78 "Structures to strengthen the slopes of the roadbed of public roads". These are such slabs as: PB0.5 8, PB1 16, PB1 20, PZB3 15, PZB3 20, PG 5, PG 7.5, PG 10, PG 15, flexible garland, stop U-1, the element of the lattice construction RK-1.

At us you can order steel moulds for any kind of slabs of the present series. Moulds can be multi-seat. The number of seats is determined by the wishes of the customer, taking into account the convenience of transportation.

Easy demoulding

Steel moulds are equipped with hinged sides for easy demoulding. M-Konstruktor steel mould locks are fixed with external hexagon nut allowing to use pneumatic or electrical nut runner. That makes demoulding to go faster. The package also include the torque link with openings for catbar which makes operation more convenient.
