Unlike traditional construction blocks, Lego blocks do not require any masonry mortar for bonding during construction: the groove-spike joint system firmly connects the blocks and improves the overall mechanical and environmental resistance of the building.
M-Konstruktor offers you a wide range of steel moulds for the production of Lego blocks, as well as accessory equipment. We have both single-row and double-row moulds, radial-type moulds (for wall angles not equal to 90°), pointed-type moulds (for installation on the top of the wall), W-type and ladder-type moulds, both with and without separators, of different lengths and sections.
You do not need any special equipment to manufacture concrete Lego blocks in our steel moulds. To compact the concrete mixture, a pervibrator would be enough. You can use a steel sheet or a laminated particle board as a bottom pallet.
