Steel mould for precast concrete manhole ring
"M-Konstruktor" offers steel moulds for the production of well rings (KS) in accordance with GOST 8020-90 and series 3.900.1-14.
Reinforced concrete well rings (manhole rings) are manufactured using the method of vibroforming. The concrete mix is placed in a mould (for this, a loading dome on the core is provided in the mould), after which the mixture is subjected to vibration. When the concrete reaches the stripping strength, the core is removed, and the sides of the mould are severed. The finished product is set aside for a set of final strength, and the mould is again used for casting. In this way, up to 30 products per shift can be produced in one mould.
The inner and outer shells of our molds are made of metal 6 mm thickness, which is optimal from the point of view of the production of high quality concrete rings and the durability of the molud. On each mould are provided the mounting places of vibrators (2 pieces per mould). You can buy vibrators yourself or use our service for the configuration of steel mould.
In addition to the steel moulds of the precast concrete manhole rings (well rings), you can buy steel moulds of covers (PP) and bottoms (PN). The moulds of the concrete cover PP is universal, it can be cast as covers, so the bottoms of the rings.

Easy demoulding
Steel moulds are equipped with hinged sides for easy demoulding. M-Konstruktor steel mould locks are fixed with external hexagon nut allowing to use pneumatic or electrical nut runner. That makes demoulding to go faster. The package also include the torque link with openings for catbar which makes operation more convenient.
