Application

Fundamental blocks are irreplaceable elements in the construction. This is the most demanded product among all concrete products. Therefore, we offer steel molds for a full range of foundation blocks like Foundation wall block.
Depending on the size of the block, the molds can be 1- 2- or 4-placed.

We offer molds of various designs. At your request, you can purchase molds of Foundation wall block of light type, standard shapes and reinforced (the most durable).

Design features

  • The steel moulds are readjustable which allows to fabricate several standard sizes using a same equipment. This moulds could be provided with a special inserts for a size modification.
  • Upon the request moulds could be provided with a special inserts for chamfering as well as a mechanical drive for bottom pan element lifting.
  • The moulds are provided with moving or hinged sides for easy demoulding.
  • Steel moulds for a left- or right-sided retaining or end walls.
  • The rubber gasket along the mould perimeter is preventing the concrete slurry leakage.

Easy demoulding
Steel moulds are equipped with hinged sides for easy demoulding. M-Konstruktor steel mould locks are fixed with external hexagon nut allowing to use pneumatic or electrical nut runner. That makes demoulding to go faster. The package also include the torque link with openings for catbar which makes operation more convenient.
