In December, we made a big post on the New Jersey barriers, which are being successfully used as traffic barriers across many countries. We told you about the features of our steel moulds designed specifically for this type of concrete products.
We have received pictures of finished New Jersey barriers moulded with the help of M-Konstruktor’s equipment from our customer. Easy demoulding, absence of rejected products and technological defects, perfect geometry and a smooth surface.
The concrete products have been successfully certified by Rosavtodor and will soon be installed on our country's highways.
If you ensure maintenance is provided timely and use quality release agents, our moulds will endure over 1000 pouring cycles.
