Our portfolio includes equipment for the production of Lego blocks of various standard sizes, shapes, and applications single-row and double-row moulds, radial-type moulds, pointed-type and ladder-type moulds, W-type moulds and moulds for walls with chamfers and other.
If necessary, the moulds are equipped with diagonal and vertical length cutters. A diagonal length cutter enables the formation of blocks with the desired angle, while a vertical one allows you to manufacture a concrete product of the desired size.
In addition, our customers can order a special lifting clamp (if the product is not equipped with lifting lugs) and a turner for turning the finished blocks.
Lego foundation blocks remind parts of a child's construction kit. They can be used to quickly and cost-effectively assemble (and also quickly disassemble) foundations of buildings and structures; storage facilities for bulk materials (sand, crushed stone, etc.) in ports, at factories and at construction sites; structures for road construction and repair, etc.
Lego blocks do not require any masonry mortar for bonding during construction: the groove-spike joint system firmly connects the blocks and improves the overall mechanical and environmental resistance of a building or a structure.
