Reconstruction of a seaport in Poland is in progress

It’s been a long time since we last posted pictures of tetrapod moulds. Meanwhile, the reconstruction of a sea port on the Polish Baltic coast is still in progress.
M-Konstruktor delivered over 50 ‘four-legged’ (as they call them in daily use) moulds of various dimension to Gdansk last autumn. These moulds have been in use in both Gdansk and Uzdowo for over a year now.
Today, the plant is working on an urgent order for the production of 20 more steel moulds: Т-5 and Т-8, some of which are ready to be shipped now. The moulds manufactured at our plant are demountable, which makes the demoulding process much easier. The tight fit of all connecting elements minimises the concrete slurry leakage and guarantees the high quality of the finished concrete product.
The moulds also have reinforced edges and can be equipped with chamfers on each leg at a customer's request. Depending on a tetrapod’s type, steel moulds may be equipped with either pervibrators or surface vibrators: the finished product will be smooth and poreless.
