The photo shows several final elements of concrete fences connected by groove-spike joints. The mould is used to cast a single concrete item: a hexagone with a cavity and a bulge.
In previous publications, we already shared the details of this mould and fence “cells” it’s used to produce.
The final products boast the perfect geometry and can be tightly joined without glue or mortar. The chamfers along the edges of the concrete ”cells” make fence look finished and aesthetically pleasing.
The design of the concrete hexagone makes for an easy transportation from the moulding site to the assembly site with a simple forklift.
