This way of moulding provides the best way of compacting the concrete mixture through vibration, and consequently helps to avoid the formation of pores and cavities on the surface of the product: it turns out smooth and requires no further treatment or smoothing.
The moulds are adjustable and allow you to manufacture stairs of one standard size. End sides are hinged. Longitudinal sides are fully demountable. This mould design make the finished products demoulding process much easier.
