Steel moulds for lift shaft
Lift shaft types
Lift shafts are reinforced concrete structures regulated by All-union State standard 18103-84. Concrete lift shafts can be solid-cast or precast. The first, as a rule, are used in multi-storey solid-cast framed buildings, the second are used inprecast panel construction.
Steel moulds for lift shafts production
“M-Konstruktor” produces moulding equipment for lift shafts of two types:
Large concrete lift shaft production unit
Large lift shaft production unit for freight and passenger lifts is a heated external timbering and a displacement tube. Steel mould skirtings are hinged and are eye joint to the base. The mould can be equipped by hydraulic cylinders for the skirtings to be hinged or moved to sides. At the base of the mould there is a hydraulic system, which helps to remove the final product from the displacement tube by pushing the product out. The structure also has a few rows of tremblers, which
consolidate concrete mixture. Thermal envelope, providing concrete stripping strength gain of the lift shaft, is installed into mould skirtings as well as into a displacement tube. moulding lift shafts with the first unit type is as follows: with the help of hydraulics, the skirtings of the mould are opened, the working surfaces are covered with a special purpose grease, then the lift frame is lowered, and the skirtings of the structure are closed, the reinforcement cage is put into the mould and then is fixed, then concrete is poured into the mould, trembelrs consolidating the concrete mixture are switched on. Thernmal rail it switched on after the concrete being rammed. The product is cooled down. After that the product is demolded, with the help of hydraulics and is then removed from the mould by a crane.
Steel moulds for lift shaft panel production (prefabricated structures)
Standard steel moulds with dismountable inserts, dismountable elements forming openings and filling pieces, which make it possible to change the size of the final product, are used for prefabricated lift shafts. moulds with a large number of dismountable parts and variable size best bit for a small-scale housing construction. Also cross-functional stands and magnetic skirtings can be used for the production of such panels. It is recommended to use a separate mould for each size when producing a large quantity of prefabricated lift shaft panels.
