Steel moulds for fences and barriers
Concrete fences are widely used for enclosing the areas of industrial enterprises, warehouses, construction sites, residential complexes, and parking lots. Concrete fences are more popular than the barriers made of other materials because of their many advantages:

Types of reinforced concrete fences
Elements of fences and barriers are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of GOST 13015-2012 and regulatory documents Series 3.017-3, Issue 1. There are several types of fences with a different design:
- barrier element
- free-standing barrier
- fence plate
- free-standing fence
Dimensions are indicated after the letter code of the particular type of a product.
A section barrier consists of a concrete section and a socket-type footing. Free-standing reinforced concrete fences with T- or L-shaped soles are the most easily-installed structures.
Free-standing reinforced concrete fences are used for the arrangement of temporary barriers enclosing construction sites and infrastructure facilities.
The most popular type of fence plates is the one with the diamond-patterned surface.
The diamond pattern was designed by the Moscow architect Boris Lakhman in 1974. Despite its seeming simplicity, the diamond-patterned fence has several advantages. For example, the shape of its front surface allows rain to easily wash away dirt and dust, and the pattern itself helps to avoid dullness and monotony.
Steel moulds for fences and barriers by M-Konstruktor

For the production of flat plates, moulds for socket-type footings—in which the concrete fence will be installed—are required. These are not needed for the production of plates with soles.

Additionally, the moulds can be equipped with vibrators, a heat register or a steam jacket. They can also be transferred together with the finished product to the drying chamber, where the finished product is steamed in the mould.

Steel moulds for the production of hexagonal elements of concrete barriers
In addition to steel moulds for the production of common types of barriers, M-Konstruktor also manufactures non-standard equipment according to customer's drawings.
For example, we designed and manufactured moulds for the production of independent concrete barrier blocks for our Polish partners.
Such fences remind comb cells, which are connected with groove-spike joints. In other words, one such cell has both a projection and a recess to connect with neighbouring cells. The connection mechanism between the cells is unique.
All sides of the moulds are hinged, which allows easy removal of finished concrete products. The mould is equipped with rubber gaskets. The geometry of the forming surface provides chamfers along all the edges of the concrete product. Thanks to its dismountable design, the inner core, which is removed together with the cell at demoulding, can be easily taken out at the final step of the production. This ensures a smooth surface of the concrete product and the absence of gaps when installing the barrier.
